Above is dog trainer Michela Tapparello’s appearance on an April 2025 episode of the Italian animal advocacy show, Clean Paws. This episode of the show, hosted by Edgar Meyer, president of the Gaia Animali & Ambiente association, address animals that require more careful handling due to their temperament, background, or particular sensitivities. Michela, who is the founder of the Lingua Canina project, guides viewers through respectful and effective training methods to better understand dogs that could be deemed “difficult.”
While Michela’s expertise and achievements as a dog trainer are quite noteworthy, a sharp-eyed contributor brings her to our attention due to Michela’s arguably more noteworthy former occupation.
