Over its 26-year history of beautiful news anchors covering the news bulletins and special reports while stripping down to bare it all, there has always been a particular time of year when one would be more excited to see the anchors in their outfits instead of them being outside of them: Halloween, when the anchors all dress in insanely hot costumes for viewers’ pleasure and perhaps to fulfill some adult trick-or-treaters fantasies.
We decided to choose some memorable (and forgettable) Halloween costumes anchors have worn, spanning from 2001-2011. Above is Carmen Russo’s (Kathy Glassford’s) cat costume segment from Naked News‘ second ever Halloween special from 2001. (The very first Halloween special, featuring Victoria Sinclair [Jennifer Fay Hopkins], Holly Weston, Carmen, and Diane Foster in 2000 is no longer in the Naked News vault.) Yes, Carmen’s costume comes off to reveal her fully naked and all-over tanned form, as do all the other anchors’ costumes come off.
