The 5.6.7.8’s at Slim’s

You may know them from Quentin Tarantino’s film, Kill Bill, but the 5.6.7.8’s are much more than one-hit wonders. Thay have the distinction of being the premiere and longest-enduring Japanese all-girl band rock bands. The 5.6.7.8’s were the brainchild of sisters Ronnie “Yoshiko” Fujiyama and Fujii Sachiko, and it reflects their love for music of the ’50s to the ’80s, which is alluded to in the group’s name. This is a rare opportunity to see them in San Francisco.
