Whenever I see a lady with some mad hula hoop skills who is not Rachel Lust, I always say; “she’s good, but she’s no Rachael Lust.”
A working mother from Ohio, Rachael started with the hula hoop in 2011 and after countless hours of practice, developed the skills that have made her one of the (if not the) world’s best. Above is Rachael from early 2013, doing her thing in her kitchen and showing off what have now become some of her signature moves, to Michael Franti & Spearhead’s “Say Hey (I Love You).” It was the first video this author had ever seen of Rachel and she has gotten even better since, as a look at the subsequent videos at her Youtube channel will show. Oh, and yes, you gotta love her name.
