Sunghi visited her homeland of South Korea several times during 1997-1998, a time that can be considered her heyday and definitely when she was at her peak in popularity in South Korea. She had several works to promote during that time. Her photo book, exercise videos, and her 1998 film A Night on the Water, all of which were released in South Korea.
