Grotesque (Japan, 2009)
★★★★★

Definitely not for the faint-hearted
JAV actress Tsugumi Nagasawa (known earlier in her career as Asami Tachibana) stars in this one as Aki, an innocent young lady who’s kidnapped along with her date, by a sick and perverted “doctor” who delights in torture and dismemberment. Tsugumi also starred in the more campy splatterfests Tokyo Gore Police and Zombie Hunter Rika, but Grotesque is just as the title implies. Definitely not for the faint-hearted. If viewing realistic torture and dismemberment is your thing, then check this one out.
