Actress and producer Deanna Rashell was featured here in an exclusive interview back in. She contacted me in about doing a follow-up interview to promote her latest projects, to which I promptly and gladly agreed to. I did my usual research to find out what Deanna had been up to since out first interview and prepared my questions.
Well, as it turned out, “shortly” meant “never.” Anyway, since my questions to Deanna have and will always go unanswered, they won’t go unseen (and it’s also good to have one less article in “draft” status, especially one that’s been in that status for over three years). Enjoy the latest entry in to our Incomplete Interview File™

CHRIS CHARLES: It’s always pleasure to have a fellow Bay Area native back again, Deanna, Since our December 2019 interview, you have several more credits to your name. First and foremost, you have a main role in a film entitled The Contrast. Please tell us about that.
DEANNA RASHELL:
CHRIS: I also understand you just wrapped up a role for a film that was shot in Tennessee?
DEANNA RASHELL:
CHRIS: You’ve also been busy behind the camera, as well as in front. I see besides a couple of short films, the TV movie Soul Wars is in post production. When can we expect to see that?
DEANNA RASHELL:
CHRIS: Have you added any new behind-the-scenes duties to your resume since our last interview?
DEANNA RASHELL:
CHRIS: Your series The Granny Diaries, in which you play the title character, ran from 2018-2020, but I didn’t ask you anything about it during our last interview. Did you base “Granny” on anyone in particular whom you know or knew?
DEANNA RASHELL:
CHRIS: Any plans to continue on with that series in the future?
DEANNA RASHELL:

CHRIS: Our last interview was just a few months “pre-pandemic,” so I assume some of your projects since, with you on either side of the camera, were delayed because of that? (If there are any that are still postponed, please give details on them.)
DEANNA RASHELL:
CHRIS: With this recent Omicron variant, it looks like we’re back to 2020, or nearly so, with masks, social distancing, cancelled events, etc. What would you say have been the biggest adjustments you’ve had to make since the pandemic began nearly two years ago?
DEANNA RASHELL:
CHRIS: Well, once again, it was a pleasure having you back, Deanna. In closing, any shout-outs to anyone?
DEANNA RASHELL:
CHRIS: Oh, one last question: Do you still enjoy a good cigar now and then?
DEANNA RASHELL:
