DESCRIPTION:From the LBCC official website\, among those appearing will be: \nJacqueline Goehner – A long-time cosplayer with over 15 years under her belt. She is known for her Witchblade\, Red Sonja\, Princess Zelda\, Dejah Thoris\, and Vampirella cosplays\, but has done over 90 cosplays since she started in the early 2000’s. Jacqueline is also an accomplished actress\, model\, and costume designer for film and television \nChrissy Lynn – A LA local MUAH/Designer. A natural “go-to” in the community for SFX\, body paint\, hair and wig styling\, she’s spoken on many panels from “Cosplay Makeup 101” to “Body Positivity” at both LACC\, Wondercon & San Diego Comicon. Her most recent work has been seen on Bat in the Sun’s Superpower Beat Down\, and Sideshow Collectible’s original series Court of the Dead as the Queen. She will be demonstrating live makeup FX transformations at this year’s show. \nIvy Doomkitty – An Internationally recognized cosplayer\, artist\, gamer\, and published model\, based in Los Angeles. Ivy has been an avid fan of comics and gaming since childhood\, and has been attending conventions for over 14 years. In the last 7 years\, Ivy has delved into the world of cosplay\, fascinated with the creativity of it as well as being able to show her love of her favorite characters through this medium. Since then\, she has quickly risen to become one of the most sought after cosplay artists for conventions throughout the world. \nSusan Lee – Comic book creator\, a fine artist\, a writer\, and a director as well as the founder of “Women On The Dark Side”\, a very popular panel at pop culture conventions. Her novel\, Shadow of the Knight has been praised as “a solidly written\, fast-paced psychological thriller.” Her graphic novel\, Wraith of Love\, is a three part series which she wrote\, drew\, inked\, et al. Despite the black white nature of her comic book work\, Susan is a trained Impressionist painter\, specializing in portraits. She has been teaching traditional art techniques for more than a decade.
