Amazing the power of a seemingly pointless cameo, for how many of us were introduced to the subject of this pictorial, Lina Romay (1919-2010), by her brief appearance in a Droopy Dog cartoon? Upon meeting Leonard Maltin, Miss Romay was somewhat shocked to find the Droopy cartoon was his frame of reference as well.
