Cristin Azure PODCAST

Interview with the lovely living alter ego of a featured "walker"

Cristin AzureAtlanta-based actress, model, and stunt driver Cristin Azure is best-known by fans of The Walking Dead as a featured “walker” (the official Walking Dead term for the flesh-eating zombies) on the third and fourth seasons of the hit AMC show. Playing walkers have definitely been among her more visually unglamourous roles, but still challenging and noteworthy, nonetheless. In fact, Cristin has made several appearances at TWD fan meetings and one of her walker characters is featured on the 2016 and 2017 official Walking Dead calendars.

Also a lady who has skills behind the wheel of a car, Cristin drives with the Atlanta-based precision driving team, Precision Drivers Unlimited and has done stunt driving in numerous films, that include Ride Along, Ant-Man, and The Accountant. As a producer and location manager, she’s worked on such films as the Casey S. Wagner’s 2015 short Bullseye B**ches! and the 2015 fan film Deadpool & Black Panther: The Gauntlet, in which she also played the character “Ice.”

As this goes to press, Cristin is at Tri-Con Multi Fan-Dom Convention in Evansville Indiana and, for Atlanta-area fans who wish to meet Cristin, she and some of her fellow walkers will be at The Graveyard Tavern in Atlanta on October 23rd for The Walking Dead season seven premier viewing party, which is also a fundraising benefit to raise awareness for Chiari Malformation.
